Verónica Macías is one of Puerto Vallarta’s seasoned real estate professionals, with local industry experience dating back to 1994. Born and raised in Central-North Mexico, she is fully bilingual and known for her warm smile, steady professionalism, and the tenacity with which she serves her clients. Her academic background includes studies in Secretarial Administration, Accounting Techniques, English language training, and International Commerce at the Politécnico Nacional.

Before launching her career in real estate, Verónica gained valuable corporate and international experience working in the import-export department at General Motors and later moving to Toronto, Canada, where she spent over two years strengthening her English and broadening her perspective. After first visiting Puerto Vallarta in 1987 and falling in love with the destination, she returned in 1993 and soon began building the real estate career that has defined her ever since.

Verónica started in the industry as a Sales Assistant at RE/MAX and later worked in several capacities at Brock Squire y Asociados, now Coldwell Banker La Costa Realty, including vacation rentals and property management. Shortly after the turn of the millennium, she joined the Sierra del Mar at Los Arcos sales team, where she remained through 2011 and deepened her expertise in pre-construction sales, working closely with the developer and managing transactions from first showings to closing.

At the end of 2011, Verónica returned to Coldwell Banker La Costa Realty to help reactivate the Olas Altas office, later rejoining the sales team full-time. She is passionate about guiding clients through the process with care, clarity, and collaboration. For Verónica, real estate is not only about making a transaction—it is about sharing in her clients’ happiness, helping them find the right property or achieve a successful sale, and creating the best possible experience from beginning to end.
