CHANEL SQUIRE

Chanel Squire was born in Houston, Texas and raised in beautiful Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where she has lived since she was just a few months old. She studied at the American School of Puerto Vallarta, earning both a U.S. diploma and a Mexican bachillerato, while becoming fully fluent in both English and Spanish.

She later pursued her higher education in business management at Hult International Business School in London, England and Shanghai, China, where she spent four years immersed in one of the world’s most diverse international business environments. This global experience broadened her perspective, strengthened her communication skills, and deepened her understanding of people from many different cultures and backgrounds.

A natural communicator, Chanel worked with several start-ups, where she discovered her passion for meeting new people, learning new ideas, and appreciating each person’s unique way of thinking. Since returning to Puerto Vallarta in 2016, she has worked in real estate and luxury villa rentals, building a strong foundation in the local market and the level of service expected by discerning clients.

Chanel is known for providing professional, quick, and reliable real estate guidance. Her number one priority is to ensure her clients experience the smoothest possible transition when buying their dream property in Puerto Vallarta. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and volunteering at local dog shelters as a dedicated animal lover.
