Stan West

Stan West recently relocated to Puerto Vallarta from Ontario, Canada where for 42 years he was a serial entrepreneur, founding and operating a variety of successful enterprises in the manufacturing, retail, and service sectors. Stan and his wife Ella-Marie fell in love with the Vallarta area after visiting regularly over the past 25 years. After divesting his Canadian interests, Stan decided to enter the Real Estate profession in the bay area after having built 5 of his own homes and possessing a keen passion for architecture and interior design. Before leaving Canada Stan promoted and sold his primary residence privately, achieving near to $200k over asking price.
