Sidney Moskin started his Real Estate career in 1984 in New Jersey, and in 1995 decided to move his family to Boca Raton, Florida where he secured a Broker's License and opened his company, The Moskin Investment Group. By 2008 the company had grown substantially with over 40 full time employees, and specialized in acquiring both residential and commercial distressed properties with the intent to renovate them, put in new tenants and sell them to passive investors for positive cash flow returns.

The so-called crash of 2008 which affected the entire world was surely a tremendous setback for everyone who remembers going through those years. In 2020, Sidney decided to move to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico where he continued to work in the industry. In 2022, Sidney moved to Puerto Vallarta and decided to make this his home.
