Hello, I am Monica Diaz, I am from Guadalajara but my parents are from Puerto Vallarta. I studied a Bachelor of Administration and a Master Degree in Tourism in Catalonia, Spain. I love gastronomy, my master's thesis is about Mexican Gastronomy. I am passionate about the subject of wine and, although I have it unfinished, I started a Diploma in Wine to become a Sommelier. I love Puerto Vallarta and its nature, I am convinced that it is the best city to invest and, above all, to live.
