Dixie Holguin

Dixie Holguin is an entrepreneur, investor, and accountant from Aspen, Colorado, with a keen interest in and focus on real estate. After majoring in business management and minoring in statistics at the University of Northern Colorado, she began working three jobs simultaneously: a property manager in Aspen, a Data Specialist for Barry-Wehmiller, and an accountant for MedCAD. These professions offered her the necessary experience in property management.

Her dedicated work ethic, integrity, and exceptional client service pushed her to grow her clientele to several CEOs of some Fortune 500 companies. At a young age, Dixie began investing in Sayulita and currently owns multiple properties and businesses in the area. Her interest in property also enabled her to invest in starting a hotel four years ago, and today, she has three successful hotels despite the challenging times of the pandemic.
