Alejandra Santibañez

Alejandra Santibañez was raised in Puerto Vallarta, and since she was a child, she knew how lucky she was to enjoy the many gifts this place has to offer. And although one of her main passions is traveling, she’s always happy to come back to this paradise she calls home. She completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing at ITESO University in Guadalajara, Jalisco. She later became an Airbnb host of a self-owned property for four years. This previous experience allowed her to get close to one of her other interests, interior design.

For Ale, Real Estate is not just a business transaction. It involves communication, design, marketing, and more. She plans to use her skills, professional education, property management experience, and continuous desire to keep learning to guide her clients through their Real Estate experience.

Having a marketing background and being a property buyer and seller herself, she knows the importance of seeing this process as precisely that, an experience. Regardless of the many factors, she focuses on her client´s satisfaction through this journey, hopefully turning their relationship into a long-lasting one.
