Alannah Mcvey moved to Nuevo Vallarta in 2021 from Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Originally from South Africa, she is happy to call this her fifth and final time immigrating. She is grateful everyday to have the privilege to call Mexico her home.

Alannah built a 25 year career in professional horse show jumping as a trainer, competitor and sales agent. She has successfully brokered countless horse purchases and sales both nationally and internationally. Regardless of whether it is finding the perfect horse or the perfect house, Alannah loves facilitating a joyful ending. Currently she trains out of the beautiful La Patrona Polo Club in San Pancho.

At Simon Fraser University, she graduated with a B.A. in psychology, a natural match for her empathetic nature. Her ability to integrate sports psychology into her client’s training program allowed her to break through their limiting beliefs and produce the results they wanted. Above all, Alannah values seeing her client’s success and happiness.

Meeting, making connections, and helping people from all walks of life makes her feel the most fulfilled. She enjoys hearing about people’s intentions and experiences.

While in Mexico, her passion for animals has led her to assist San Pancho Animales Rescue with organizing local residents’ access to the vaccinations, healthcare, sterilization and adoption of dogs and cats.

After a life-time in customer service and show jumping, she prides herself on her high ethical standards, direct honesty, compassion and desire to go over and above to bring white glove service to her clients.

Alannah is looking forward to helping you find the right home, one which will bring you joy for years to come, here in paradise!

My wife and I have bought and sold many houses and are not strangers to Real Estate in Canada but had little to no knowledge of Real Estate transactions in Mexico. We were very nervous considering a major investment in a foreign country with documentation that was in a language we do not speak. Had it not been for the professionalism of Keith and Donna Vickers and Coldwell Banker, we likely would never have taken the risk to fulfill our dreams of owning a place in Mexico. I personally worked with the Vickers for over a year. They were informed, patient and helpful in all aspects of the purchase. I felt and now know I was in excellent hands! I would recommend either or both the Vickers to you for all real estate matters in Mexico.
