Brock has been deeply involved in marketing and sales of high-end property in the Puerto Vallarta area since the mid-80's when he moved to PV with his wife Bonnie from Vancouver, BC. Educated at the University of BC with a degree in Urban Land Economice and Finance, Brock has always been recognized as a leader and innovater in the Puerto Vallarta real estate scene. During this time, he has become major sponsor of Toys 4 Tots in Puerto Vallarta, past President of Puerto Vallarta Chapter of AMPI, one of the founding members of MLS Vallarta and certified as a Coldwell Banker PREVIEWS INTERNATIONAL Agent. His firm, originally known as Brock Squire Y Asociados, subsequently became the first Coldwell Banker franchise in Mexico in 1998.
Brock has personally developed the marketing and sales strategies for the majority of the South Shore high-end property market and more recently the North Shore of the Bay of Banderas focussing on the exclusive Punta Mita Resort, where he held the position of Director of Sales. After leaving Punta Mita in 2008 he returned to his brokerage and managment functions of the Coldwell Banker La Costa offices in Puerto Vallarta.
Known as a knowledgeable and tough negotiator, Brock has closed over 700 transactions in the area from $30,000US to $30,000,000US.
