Cynthia moved from Canada to Puerto Vallarta with her family in 2004. After a couple of years of gaining experience in the Vallarta Real Estate market by working for different developers in organizational development , marketing and sales, she joined Coldwell Banker, La Costa Realty in the summer of 2007. Cynthia has a background in Corporate and Administrative law and she spent the better part of 20 years as senior partner in a private law firm in Canada. A graduate from the Harvard Mediation and Negotiation Program she was founder and president of S.M.A.R.T. Solutions Mediated by Alternative Resolution Techniques Inc., a company that provided mediation and negotiation services to the Federal Government of Canada and private enterprise for the better part of the last 12 years. A Principle in INFluence Business Strategies Inc. a company that she co-founded to provide support services for upstart companies, she earned several key awards for success in achieving goals and delivering professional advice and support to young entrepreneurs.
