Genaro lived in Saint Louis Missouri where he was a licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Gundaker. In St. Louis, Genaro also served as General Manager for Frueh Properties LLC, a residential and commercial real estate investment firm with over 50 properties in the state of Missouri. Genaro himself is an active real estate investor too, owning several investment properties in the St. Louis area.
Other than a full-time real estate consultant in Puerto Vallarta, Genaro is an active real estate investor. Being a real estate agent he has first access to properties that come to the market at a discount price. He has contacts with individuals in California, Texas, New York, and Missouri who are looking for the “right” kind of property and are ready to buy as soon as the opportunity arises.
Genaro holds a Bachelors degree in International Business from Instituto Polictecnico National of Mexico City. He also has a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems form the University of Missouri - Saint Louis. He is a member of Realtor Association in the United States and a member of AMPI in Mexico.
