Puerto Vallarta is quickly developing a reputation as being the best golf destination in Mexico. Home to seven world-class golf courses, including designs by some of the greats, Jack Nicklaus, Tom Weiskopf, and Robert Van Hagge.
The newest course, and perhaps the best, is El Tigre in Nuevo Vallarta, at the fabulous Paradise Village. The 7,239 yard, Par-72 course consists of eight water bodies and was commissioned to be "the most exciting championship golf course in Mexico".
