Regarding Zoli Hargitai at Coldwell Banker, Puerto
Vallarta

Dear Mr. Squire:

 I feel it is nedessary to report to your office my experience
with Mr. Zoli Hargitai. As you will recall, Mr. Hargitai was hired
as my agent to help me purchase the villa previously known as Casa
Taboo [Now known as Villa Los Arcos].

 My experience throughout the search and purchase process was
nothing short of absolute professionalism. Mr. Hargitai was
extremely diligent. His diligence started with being able to
immediately find possible properties to purchase pursuant to my
description. Without hesitation, Mr. Hargitai was able to make
arrangements for previews pursuant to my schedule.

 Once I was able to find a property Mr. Hargitai immediately
entered into negotiations and stayed on top of the issue so as to
ensure that a contract was, in fact, entered into. Knowing that it
is assumed and expected within the Mexican culture that nothing
needs to be taken care of in a timely fashion Mr. Hargital was able
to do the impossible and stay on the issues so that escrow could be
closed as soon as possible. In fact, through Mr. Hargitai’s
efforts I was ready to close escrow within 6 weeks after entering
into escrow.

 As you will recall, through no fault of Caldwell Banker or Mr.
Hargitai the transaction developed several complications due to the
seller’s unwillingness to cooperate. Notwithstanding, I was simply
impressed with Mr. Hargitai as to how he professionally handled the
matter. In fact, one of the most notable events was closing day.
Mr. Hargitai was with me on the day escrow closed. We all learned
a lot that day. Notwithstanding the seller’s attorney’s
inappropriate actions in trying to “undo” the deal, Mr. Hargitai
stood by me the entire day so as to ensure that escrow would, in
fact, close. Escrow finally closed at 7:30 p.m. that night! What
a miracle!

 Mr. Hargitai’s involvement and cooperation did not cease at
the time of closing. Despite Mr. Hargitai truly earning one
hundred percent of his commission, he continued to assist me in
several transactions including, helping me locate a suitable
painter, contractor and other laborers. Without Mr. Hargitai’s
assistance I would never had been able to complete our
reconstruction efforts within four short months unheard of in
Mexico! Truly, without Mr. Hargitai’s involvement and oversight
the project would never had been completed within 4 months. His
assistance and skills were truly tested knowing that I reside in
the United States. I now know for certain that without Mr.
Hargitai’s help I would still be in the middle of reconstruction.

 My hat is off to you for having such a fantastic agent — Mr.
Zoli Hargitai.
