The whole experience overall was pleasant and easy. I
am VERY pleased with the way Los Atos Villas is turning out. All of the little
extras that have been popping up are such great surprises. And my first few
months living in my unit have been wonderful. I love the fact that we are on a
dead end street that sees no traffic.
I really appreciate the peace and quiet. The furnishings in the unit itself along with my TLC (of course), have more than lived up to my expectations. I can honestly say that I am very very happy I decided on Los Altos Villas as the place to purchase in Vallarta. Having looked at almost every location in PV, and done pricing comparisons in all pre construction units as well.
The location is nothing less
than perfect. Being three blocks north of the malecon means for me not
having to commute thru the busy downtown malecon area every time I want to come
or go somewhere which is something that I REALLY took into consideration before
buying. And the pool area has been great to relax and cool down at in the
afternoons.
