I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for all of your help and kindness, with my recent purchase in Los Altos Villas. Being my first purchase in Mexico, it was something that going into I found myself a little nervous at first but your staff and you personally made me feel comfortable and confident.

We live in the Seattle, Washington area and decided to find a condo in the Puerto Vallarta area for retirement and rental potential. We toured about 20 condo all the way from the Conchas Chinas to Punta de Mita.  During our search on the internet from the USA, we found the site for Los Altos Villas and were very excited about seeing the condos available during our visit.

We would like to take this opportunity to convey our experiences with our

purchase at Los Altos. We looked at a number of other condominiums prior to seeing Los Altos Villas.

 Very interesting dynamics in the Mexico Real Estate market amongst NAFTA members going forward in an economic crisis. Canadians and Americans come to Mexico and they expect to see similar fire sale prices. Not so, not true. We do have bargains, the proverbial ‘steal of a deal’, and some listings as much as 40% off, however this is not a characteristic of the market.
